Privacy Policy

Inside View Health is currently a brand and product concept in development. The site does not process payments, order laboratory testing, schedule appointments, or collect patient intake information beyond what you explicitly choose to save. The contact form on this site is a demonstration only and does not transmit or store what you enter. The one exception is the optional “save my results” step described below, which does store information when you explicitly ask it to.

You can complete the assessment anonymously. No name, email address or account is required, and your full results are shown immediately. While you are answering, your responses exist only in your browser tab for that session.

After your results are displayed, we offer an optional step to save them. If — and only if — you complete that form and tick the required consent box, we store:

• your first name, last name and normalized email address;
• the account identifier created for you (a random UUID);
• the assessment version, your question-by-question responses, the category scores and overall score calculated from them, and the identifiers of the educational testing pathways shown to you;
• the exact wording and version of the consent you agreed to, the time you agreed, your separate marketing choice, and created/updated timestamps.

We store this to prepare and deliver your personalized Inside View report and so you can retrieve it later. Marketing consent is separate and optional; saving works exactly the same without it.

Saving requires you to verify your email address through a one-time, expiring sign-in link. There is no password. Knowing an email address or a report identifier is not enough to open a saved report: every read, update and delete is checked against the verified account that owns the record, and unauthenticated visitors cannot list or read any saved assessment.

Reports are not published at any permanent public URL, are not included in search indexes, and we do not put assessment content in URLs, analytics events or email subject lines. PDF copies are generated in your own browser when you ask for them.

You can permanently delete any individual saved report from your saved reports page at any time. You can also submit a request to remove your account and remaining data; that request is recorded against your account and handled manually while the feature is under review, and we will confirm by email. We do not currently offer automated full-account deletion, and we do not claim otherwise.

Secure report-delivery email is not active in this preview. When it is enabled, the email will tell you that a report is ready and give you a verified, expiring link to sign in and download it. It will not contain your scores, your answers or any other report content.

When services launch, we anticipate collecting contact details you provide voluntarily, information needed to deliver programs you choose, and standard technical information such as device and usage data. The specific categories, retention periods, and legal bases will be described here once finalized.

We intend to use information to operate and improve the service, communicate with you about programs you have asked about, and deliver the wellness personalization you have requested. We do not intend to sell personal information.

Testing, laboratory, and customer-support services are still in development. Where information would be shared with any provider in order to deliver a service you request, that relationship will be described here before it goes into effect.

A saved assessment is visible to the person who verified the email address it belongs to. In addition, the Inside View Health owner account can review submitted assessments in order to operate and support the service. That access is limited to the single owner account, is enforced by our database rather than by the design of a page, and each time a full report is opened it is written to an access log recording who opened it and when. No other staff, partner, laboratory, or outside organization has access, and saved assessments are never sold or shared for advertising.

We are not currently claiming HIPAA compliance, certification, accreditation, or any other regulatory status. Any such statement will appear only after it has been verified.

Once services are live, we intend to provide clear ways to access, correct, and delete information you have given us, and to unsubscribe from communications. Those mechanisms will be documented here.

This document will be replaced with a finalized, legally reviewed policy before any service becomes available.
