How it works

Assess. Test. Personalize.

Take the detailed assessment, review your laboratory-testing options, then have a custom formulation built from what your results actually show. Three steps, always in that order.

The three steps

  1. Step 1

    01

Assess — Take the Inside View Health & Wellness Assessment

You answer a detailed set of plain-language questions across seven wellness areas. The assessment returns a focus overview and the three areas showing the strongest relative signal in your answers today. It does not diagnose anything, and it does not decide that you need testing.

    • Available now, free, and anonymous by default
    • Answers stay in your browser unless you choose to save a report
    • Identifies three wellness focus areas, not a diagnosis
  2. Step 2

    02

Test — Review three progressive laboratory-testing options

Your three focus areas organize three progressive laboratory-testing options — Essential, Comprehensive, and Elite — each building on the one before it. Today these are shown for review only. Final panel selection occurs later, after appropriate eligibility and clinical review, and not everyone will qualify for or require testing.

    • Essential, Comprehensive, and Elite — each builds on the last
    • Organized around your top three focus areas
    • Final panel selection follows eligibility and clinical review

  3. Step 3

    03

Personalize — Get a custom formulation informed by your laboratory results

After laboratory results are available and appropriately reviewed, a custom supplement formulation and wellness plan is developed — informed by your results, needs, and goals, and personalized to the information available. It is one focused formulation rather than a catalog of products, and it can be adjusted over time as goals and laboratory information change.

    • Custom formulation, not an off-the-shelf product pick
    • Clinical-quality ingredients at research-informed dosing
    • Adjusted over time as goals and laboratory information change

Track & retest

The plan is meant to change

Your goals move and so does your data. Where periodic retesting is appropriate, a formulation and wellness plan can be revised as new laboratory information becomes available — rather than staying frozen at whatever made sense the first day.

Track what changes

Your assessment and laboratory information are kept together so change is visible rather than remembered. Progress check-ins are part of the ongoing pathway and become available as the program continues.

Retest when appropriate

Not everyone needs to retest, and not on the same schedule. Where it is appropriate, new results can inform how the plan and formulation are refined.

What you see before anything happens

  • Testing prices are shown before you move forward.
  • Every panel lists the markers it includes.
  • Any custom formulation — including its ingredient rationale and pricing — is reviewed and approved by you before it is produced.
  • Your answers stay private, and eligibility and appropriate clinical review still apply.
