The long view

What a year of precision health looks like

Most supplement decisions are made once and never checked. This is the opposite: a measured starting point, a formula built on it, and a real look back to see what actually moved.

  1. 1

    Assess

    Week 0

A focused questionnaire establishes where to look first. It is a starting point, not a conclusion — nothing is inferred about your health from answers alone.

  2. 2

    Test

    Weeks 1–3

You choose a testing pathway with the price shown up front, or share recent results you already have. A person reviews and confirms every value.

  3. 3

    Personalize

    Weeks 3–5

You receive a Formula Blueprint: each ingredient, its amount, and the specific reason it is there. You approve, ask questions, or decline.

  4. 4

    Track

    Days 30, 60, 90

Short structured check-ins record how consistently you are taking it, how you are tolerating it, and how you feel. Subjective by design, and labelled as such.

  5. 5

    Retest

    Months 4–12

A targeted retest looks at the markers that drove your formula — not everything again. You compare, and the Blueprint is revised only if your results justify it.

Change you can point to

Retesting compares the same markers, measured the same way. That is the only honest way to say whether anything changed.

Check-ins, not surveys

Three short check-ins across the first ninety days. They inform your next review — they are not a measurement of your health.

Revision only when earned

A Blueprint changes when your results change. Not on a marketing calendar, and never to add products you do not need.
